Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is the most important to Hellstar Clothing. In case your Hellstar Hoodie, Hellstar Shirt, Hellstar Shorts, Hellstar Sweatpants, Hellstar Tracksuit, or Hellstar Long Sleeve is not according to your expectations, we provide an easy and reliable way of returning and getting refund so that you get a much pleasant experience.
Return Conditions
A return may be requested within 14 days of the delivery of your order.
To be eligible:
- Products should be unused and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging should not be lost.
- The product should be original.
Items that are final sale, customized products, gift cards, and some of the promotional items cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To make a purchase back, please contact our support staff at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our group will give instructions on how to return everything in detail. The items cannot be returned without authorization, and such unapproved returns are not to be accepted.
Return Shipping
The customer has to reimburse the cost of returning the shipped products unless they are damaged or if the wrong product.
Tracked shipping is another method that we would recommend to deliver your Hellstar Clothing return safely. It is not our responsibility to deliver the packages that are lost in transit.
Refund Process
Your returned Hellstar Clothing piece will be received and checked, after which you will be informed about the approval status.
The refunds will be made via approved refunds within 5-7 days in the original payment method. Initial shipping prices are, in most cases, non-refundable unless it was because of our fault that we have to do the refund.
Exchanges
Hellstar Clothing is currently not involved in face-to-face transactions. In case you want another size or style, you can send your item back to get a refund and order the other one.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the case of the damaged or flawed Hellstar product, contact us within 48 hours with intensive photos and a brief description. At no extra cost, a replacement or refund will be done.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
In case you cannot receive your refund within the anticipated time, first of all, contact your bank or payment provider. In case it is still not provided, the support team can help you.
