Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, the OfficialHellstarr offers international shipping services both to the United States and overseas.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We provide the following shipping services:

Express shipping: 7-8 business days -29 U.S. dollars.

Normal delivery: 21 business days or less -19 USD

Shipment time can be different based on your location and the processing of your customs.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been sent, a tracking number will be sent to you through email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take online payments which are secure using trusted payment providers. We encrypt all transactions, and no payment information is ever saved on our Web site.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled with 24 hours after making an order. Cancellation cannot be made once processing or shipping is done.

What is your return policy?

We include returns within the 7 days of delivery on condition that the items are:

• In original packaging

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, a 7 days delivery window of receipt of goods will be accepted as long as products are in stock. Our Exchange Policy also has all the information.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In case your Hellstar hoodie, shirt, tracksuit or any other product ends up damaged or otherwise wrong, then make contact with us within 48 hours after delivery. Send images and order number with the e-mail:

Are shipping charges refundable?

The costs of shipping cannot be refunded, unless the product is flawed in some way or wrong

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

International orders can be custom-duty or import tax. These charges are set by your local customs and they are the prerogative of the customer.
