Exchange Policy
In Hellstar Clothing, we would like to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with what they buy. Should you require to swap a Hellstar Hoodie, Hellstar Shirt, Hellstar Shorts, Hellstar Sweat pants, Hellstar Tracksuit, or Hellstar Long Sleeve with another size or style, our Exchange Policy will make the solution easy and headache free.
Exchange Eligibility
Products may be changed provided they are not worn, washed and remain in the original state with all the labels and wrappings kept. Your requests should be exchanged in 14 days of receiving your order.
Final sale, personalized or customized or promotional products cannot be exchanged.
How to Request an Exchange
To trade a Hellstar Clothing piece, send a message to our support team at [email protected] with:

- The item you wish to exchange
- Instead, you would prefer a bigger or smaller size or style.
Our team will give you step-by-step information about giving back your item and getting your replacement.
Shipping for Exchanges
It is the responsibility of customers to pay the cost of returning the shipment, except in cases where the shipment received was erroneous or damaged. Our advice is to have a tracked shipping service to deliver your package safely to us.
Hellstar Clothing does not take care of the things that are not delivered during returns.
Hellstar Clothing is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Processing Exchanges
After we receive and check your returned Hellstar product, we will verify your exchange and send your replacement as soon as we can, based on the availability of the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case your Hellstar Clothing product comes in the wrong or a bad shape, then you must contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs and a concise description. A refund will be given at no extra charge.
